David Scott: “We should not rest with any soul in this country, any child, any person going hungry.”

It is my hope that our farm bill will take all of this into consideration.

This delay hurts the American people, especially in rural communities where our farms are, and it injects uncertainty into our nation's economies.

We are not going to have nutrition if we don't have farmers.

Agriculture is extremely important to our rural communities, but it is important to urban communities as well.
