Can you express with full confidence that all banks above $50 billion in assets have access to sufficient liquidity to guard against unexpected deposit overflows from uninsured depositors?

This would have drastic impacts on American agricultural production, it would increase costs for consumers, and would almost certainly lead to devastating retaliatory tariffs placed on the U.S. agriculture exports.

it is my hope that our farm bill will take all of this into consideration.
