David Perdue actually said...

The national debt is the greatest threat to our national security.

It is absolutely absurd that we are going to do that and tie your hands about allowing you to move money from one department to another.

I am very concerned, as we sit here today, that we are in the middle of a paradigm shift relative to the other super powers.

Directionally would you think that is reasonable to look at it that way?
