I say thank you to Senator Lankford. I think my colleagues can see the passion and history he has had here and a lot of great thoughts. I note that the chairman of our Budget Committee in the Senate, Senator Mike Enzi from Wyoming, is here on the floor. I am going to turn it over to him and ask him to give us his comments. He has been fighting this for years. As chairman of the Budget Committee last year, he managed to get a budget out of our committee that actually took over $7 trillion out of the President's budget at that point in time. I say to Senator Enzi, thank you so much for joining us.
