I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 342, submitted earlier today. The PRESIDENT pro tempore. The clerk will report the resolution by title. The legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 342) congratulating the women's volleyball team of Wheeling Jesuit University on winning the Division II National Championship. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
