Martha, we had significant irregularities in the November election that may have affected the outcome. So, what the state is trying to do right now is correct some of these potential irregularities and create a level playing field for all legal voters to have equal access, make it easier to vote, harder to cheat, and give everybody equal access to their constitutional right.
