The clerk will report the nominations en bloc: The senior assistant legislative clerk read the nominations of David Malcolm Robinson, of Connecticut, a Career Member of the Senior Foreign Service, Class of Minister-Counselor, to be Coordinator for Reconstruction and Stabilization; David Malcolm Robinson, of Connecticut, a Career Member of the Senior Foreign Service, Class of Minister-Counselor, to be an Assistant Secretary of State (Conflict and Stabilization Operations); Suzette M. Kimball, of West Virginia, to be Director of the United States Geological Survey; Carlos J.
