The question is, does the gentleman agree with the President when he says since we do spend $120 billion a year over 760 programs, over 39 different agencies of Government, does the gentleman agree with the President that we cannot ask the American people to spend more money on education, in view of the numbers and statistics that the gentleman just read a few minutes ago?
