yes, I do, because they made a deal saying that if we will do that for 1 year, ``The committee will refrain from any further restrictions with regard to the development, promulgation or issuance of an ergonomic standard following fiscal year 1998.'' That means it cannot be discussed again and that does not mean we will have the science. Vote for this amendment.
