the legal training simply is not the only criteria. There are other criteria, such as education and experience, and I do not necessarily think that it has to be a lawyer. Speaking of the AFL-CIO, they have as many lawyers in this town as anybody in Washington. I am not worried about them not getting somebody on the commission. We have probably said enough. It is time to vote.
