I stand by the fact that if an insurance company does exactly what they are told to do by a group of physicians in the external review model, then we have to encourage them to offer the treatment and not put them in a position so that they have always the fear of being drug into court. But as the gentleman knows, I agree that that patient should have the right to go into court.
