Today--today--the United States spends more money on climate science and technology than any other country in the world.

We need to be good stewards and--let me be clear--we need to be better stewards of our environment, of our earth.

Climate change is real. Our climate has been changing since day one. And protecting our environment is real.

I believe we have an opportunity to make progress on this issue.
