Brian Kemp: “Communities across the state are about to see temperatures that they haven't experienced in a decade or more.”

With our farmers and truckers under heavy pressure, we're leaving no stone unturned when it comes to giving them relief, along with the hardworking Georgians who rely on the goods they produce and deliver.

As we always do with weather events, we’re hoping for the best but preparing for the worst," said Governor Brian Kemp.

I encourage all Georgians to take this storm seriously and prepare now by stocking up on food, batteries, flashlights, water, and other necessities in case of severe weather impacting communities Friday night through Saturday,

“Georgia is at the heart of the American comeback story across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing," said Governor Brian P. Kemp.
