as the gentleman from Minnesota earlier said, we must stick to the facts. Then he said there were simply no cases where Legal Services Corporation funds continued to be used to evict people for drug-related evictions. The facts of the matter, I say to the gentleman from Minnesota, are that that continues to happen. In New Jersey, in the case of Hoboken v. Alicea, A-5639- 95T3, New Jersey Court of Appeals, 1997, it continues to happen. I would ask the distinguished gentleman, is he aware of any provision in the Constitution of the United States of America in which there is a constitutional guarantee, as found by the courts or explicit in the Constitution, where people have a constitutional right for legal services to be provided for them in civil cases?
