We are here for one simple reason: The commonsense question of asking citizenship on the census.

the current process of employment verification has not functioned as the law intended to deter the hiring of undocumented aliens.

I cannot understand at what universe our leaders would not want to know who's a citizen and who's not.

Common Sense would be revolted if we engaged upon this process for petty reasons.
