“it is a double-ended stick too, because we must understand what this means in terms of the President will say, well, we are borrowing this money, we are making these budget cuts for tax cuts, so we can give tax cuts to the top 10 percent of this country, when they are not tax cuts. America needs to understand, they are not tax cuts. They are deferred tax increases, deferred tax increases, because somebody has got to pay for that. It is not fair. I have got two lovely little grandchildren. I love them to death. I have got two children. That debt is going to be on them. That is not fair. It is not fair to do that. Now I need to talk about one other thing so that we will know clearly, as you spoke on renewable energy programs and as we talk about this budget, the budget that again we will hopefully not have the votes for again. But let's talk about it, because you have got to look at the President's actions and the Republican administration's actions.
