Whatever we do, going forward, we need to keep in mind the people of Cuba. I am not interested in helping the Castros, but not trading with Cuba is not helping the people of that country.

I do fear that if we all of a sudden are regulating it, then the average investor feels like there is more security and stability in the value of it, and I think that is a dangerous thing for the investors.
