Effective today, the ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs.

We can tie funding to specific requirements, and I think that might be the most effective way to go — saying that... 'You have to highlight the exceptionalism.'

And so this is a removal of that, so it’s a great day for liberty.
