What is contemplated is interim storage at the Nevada test site. The Nevada test site and Yucca Mountain are two separate geographical areas. And the Senator was asking our distinguished chairman a series of questions. Does the Senator understand that if the President of the United States makes no finding with respect to suitability by March 31, 1999, then automatically the interim storage is designated at the Nevada test site automatically?
