The person I`m running against, Senator Rubio, certainly hasn`t opened his mouth. Or what he said was, basically, what`s -- what`s the matter with this? It`s a good idea.

the voters should choose their representatives. And the representatives do not choose their voters.

And to even contemplate giving that or passing that burden on to Orange County residents just makes absolutely no sense.

Well, what I do know is, Mayor Jerry Demings is going to continue to look out for what is in the best interests of Orange County residents. That`s why they elected him.

Add if that be the case, why do we need to implement this secret force? To do what exactly at the polls?

What happened to you, Florida?

Whatever their agenda, Judge Jackson is prepared. Look, she was endorsed by the Fraternal Order of Police... So surely, I think that regardless of what agendas some individuals senators came with, today, I think those endorsements speak…

I believe that the court if they look at her record, look at her credentials, look at her experience, and judge her in a fair and impartial way, she will receive confirmation from the Senate.

We are Florida proud. You know, when I watched Judge Jackson enter the hearing room, I cannot help but think about every little girl, particularly black girls, I know we're inspired by this moment.

I find it almost unbelievable that no Federal agency reached out with regard to security at the church.

I applaud Administrator Criswell's prioritization of the FEMA work force within the 2022 to 2026 Strategic Plan.

I look forward to hearing about FEMA's work to support its workplace and hear how Congress can best support the agency in its mission.

We are not going to defund the police. We're going to fund the police, and we can have the backs of our police officers and the communities in which we serve, too.

Let me be clear, anti-Semitism and targeted violence against religious institutions have no place in the United States of America.

These grants are critically important for religious institutions, and they keep communities safe, which is more important now than ever.

I appreciate, Rabbi, your leadership during these difficult events in our community and stand with you in rejecting anti-Semitic attacks on our neighbors, our friends, and in our communities.

As someone who spent nearly 3 decades in law enforcement, I was extremely troubled to see neo-Nazis shouting anti-Semitic slurs while parading through the streets of Central Florida.
