But he got caught and he tried to cover it up. But we won't let him do that.

It was made, and I quote, 'abundantly clear to them that if they wanted the aid,' and I quote, 'they were going to have to make these statements.'

As a former law enforcement official, I know firsthand that the rule of law is the strength of our democracy and no one is above it, not our neighbors in our various communities, not our coworkers, and not the President of the United…

the President used the power of his office to pressure a foreign head of state to investigate an American citizen in order to benefit his domestic political situation.
