I'd like to thank the gentleman from Massachusetts. I agree with his comments. Again, I want to be just very clear. I think that the amendment is crystal clear. I think that all Americans who believe---- The Acting CHAIR. The time of the gentleman from South Carolina has expired.

I mean I look at when you have had 50 percent reduction in water flows, it is having a--you did allude to the oyster industry down in Apalachicola. That is the heart of my district.
I have seen firsthand the devastating impact of reduced downstream flows on this community's ecosystem, environment, and economy.
I thank the gentleman very much for those sentiments and that offer. We will contact the coaches and see what we can do.
