It’s going to be very clear for voters what’s on there. It addresses what the judge said even though we don’t necessarily agree with the legal analysis.

Now in this election, obviously I’m not on the ballot.

He had a clean vet, he was well regarded in the community.

I think it's going to get a lot worse unless we have some protections for the people in Florida and so it's going to need to be there.
