I think that what I have learned by just looking at this, and this is before you became director, when there is discretion, sometimes this is a big bureaucracy, there are so many people that are involved in this and it has been Stated on both sides of the aisle and it is true, there are way more people here illegally than we have the resources to enforce the law against.
