So here's the numbers. So, the population in the last five years has gone up 1.8 percent, and your budget would take the budget up 55 percent.

So why would--why would we only have a six million increase in the number of Americans since 2019, but we have a 55 percent increase in our budget?

In sum, the minority on the Education and Workforce Committee remains committed to our legislative responsibility to put people over politics.

He's always sort of backed up Biden. So this is what he's doing. He's backing up Biden again. He doesn't believe that we ought to have a plan.

No one that I know of wants to sunset Medicare and Social Security. But what we're doing is we don't even talk about it. Medicare goes bankrupt in four years. Social Security goes bankrupt in 12 years.

In these days, it is doubtful that any child may reasonably be expected to succeed in life if denied the opportunity of an education.
