What we are doing today is responding to the call of all American people for improvements in our health care system but particularly for those who have no health care insurance. We are not responding to the interests of any special groups or any special parties. And there are plenty of those who are asking for special attention. I think we have responded to America, to the people of America, who need health care. We are doing this in the same spirit that we resolved the job lock and portability problems, the preexisting condition problems. We are doing this in same way that made the trust fund whole in Medicare. We are addressing the problems in our country in health care and we are doing it responsibly. There has been a lot said and there will be a lot more said, and there clearly is much misinformation.
