Representative Mast's bill, H.R. 5413, the Improving Veterans Access to Congressional Services Act of 2018, would make it easier for veterans to interact with their Representatives by requiring VA to prescribe regulations allowing Members of Congress to use space within a VA facility to meet with veteran constituents.
