I worry that the Chinese Communist Party will leverage that innovation against the entire free world.

Their law puts everyone's personal details at grave risk of government surveillance, and their law enables their government to individually target citizens for concentration camps, enslavement, and even death.

We need to ensure that the regulatory processes, in fact, support innovation and don't hamper that or get in the way.

The ability to maintain internet access during and after natural disasters is vitally important to saving lives.
