What kind of dialogue is that where the people that are involved in the dialogue cannot tell you what they really believe? That is a fake dialogue.

This is not a United States-Venezuela issue. This is for the Venezuelan people to decide what they want to do with the future of their politics.

I can surely expect that on May 11, the pro-Russian elements will win that referendum fraudulently because they control all of this.

The clearly stated goals of that program... is to break the information blockade in Cuba and to promote information-sharing.

The USAID is not a charity. Right? It is a U.S. agency that promotes humanitarian and development aid around the world but, as part of it, also furthering U.S. interests around the world.

This program was completely within the stated mandate, within the stated purpose of your programs in Cuba.

I think it's incumbent upon us in public office who hold these positions and have these forums to make people aware of what we are actually working on.
