I raise these points because I think sometimes in the past being on the right side and issuing a communique or statement is not enough.
Did the administration seek or receive any input from our NATO allies, ahead of the President's announcement, 2 weeks ago, about additional cuts to U.S. strategic nuclear arsenal?
