Marco Antonio Rubio is an American politician and attorney currently serving as the junior United States senator from Florida, a position he has held since January 5, 2011. A member of the Republican Party, Rubio has been an influential figure in Florida politics and has focused on issues such as immigration reform, foreign policy, and economic growth. He gained national prominence during his 2016 presidential campaign, where he emphasized a vision for a strong national defense and a robust economy.
I think that is further compounded by what is no doubt over the last 10 years not just a massive expansion in their military capabilities, but by increasing assertiveness.

I was very concerned that there were people at the White House pushing for a zero number, and I know they were pushing.
Let me move on to another issue. Of course, this has been mentioned a moment ago about what is going on with ISIL in Iraq and they are gaining in strengthen and so forth.
The second part of the announcement, though, where artificially we are deciding that you are going to step down over the next 2 years to zero is something that is unacceptable.
