Marco Antonio Rubio is an American politician and attorney currently serving as the junior United States senator from Florida, a position he has held since January 5, 2011. Congress should insist that nuclear facilities built in violation of Iran's NPT obligations be dismantled; this is important not only for regional stability, but for the integrity of the nonproliferation regime globally.
