Dr. Hyer, in the recent tragedy at the nursing home in Hollywood, Florida, we have heard accounts that this nursing home had an emergency response plan in place and they simply were not following it.

I have seen his ability to work in an objective, nonpartisan fashion, which makes him the ideal candidate.

Without a doubt, he's been an asset to the people of Florida everywhere he has served.

I certainly think if you are in an area where evacuations are what they call voluntary right now, you should start thinking about the fact that at some point tomorrow, early, by midday, those could become mandatory.

I just hope people will heed the warnings and, look, right now it appears, at least in southeast Florida what I've seen the last couple days, the most mobilization, people are heeding those warnings.

This is not presidential behavior.
