I would list 50 people, if I could, today but at least 23 people that today I wanted to share with you and everyone that I believe should be candidates for sanctions.

It is never the wrong time to condemn and sanction individuals responsible for grotesque human rights violations.

The USAID is not a charity. Right? It is a U.S. agency that promotes humanitarian and development aid around the world but, as part of it, also furthering U.S. interests around the world.

I think this is really about enhancing our national security and we want to make sure that we don't jeopardize our national security.

I'm just always concerned that somehow we ascribe to other countries the same motivations as we have for the space program and sometimes that those things don't add up.
