No message meeting from the Republican Conference about we need to make sure that we stand up to our constitutional responsibilities. So when we talk about a culture of corruption and cronyism and incompetence, that is not what we are saying. That is what the American people are thinking and what they know. That is the reason why this Congress has between a 35 percent approval rating to 31 percent approval rating. It is not our doing. It is the doing of the majority that are not doing their job.
