Mr. Ryan, you could not say it better. But, Madam Speaker, let me just back up, because I want to say this before I talk about why the Republican majority should be alarmed. It is almost unfair, and I said it last night on the floor. Being in the minority, if someone would have told me at the beginning of the 109th Congress, at the beginning of the 108th Congress, that the cards would be laid out on the table the way they are laid out now, I would say that, wow, that is a lot of work to have the American people understand what is going on here in the Capitol. But guess what? They are getting it. And they got it.
