“You mean to tell me that anything that the President of the United States says that he wants, that the Republican Congress would give it to him; even if it is bad policy, even if it put this country into a record-breaking deficit in a period of 4 years? You mean to tell me, and without naming at least eight other things, Mr. Ryan, that I have all of that to work with, to share with the American people? I will start with independence.
