Let me just say this, Mr. Ryan. Putting everything to the side here that we have been talking about, again, I am glad, because you are here as a member of the Appropriations Committee. We actually have some Members, Mr. Ryan, that are concerned about the kind of leadership that this Congress is putting forth on behalf of the men and women in uniform and the men and women that wore the uniform and their families.
