If you want someone who can navigate a relationship with China, a thicket with Russia, can kind of hammer out new trade deals like NAFTA, renegotiating NAFTA, not engaging in TPP, Rex Tillerson is the guy.

This is a three star general, he headed the Defense Intelligence Agency. He was the guy on the Obama administration who said ISIS is actually a big deal.
