If that is not what lawfare is, I don't know what is. Lawfare by definition is exactly that, utilizing the law to take down your political opponents. It is an abuse of power.

Under our current system, abortion procedures exist in a legal gray area with no federal standards and no accountability.

I feel very much that if we’re going to do this the right way, Congress has to take the lead.

And so, I wouldn’t feel comfortable sending my daughter to work here on Capitol Hill, and until I feel like that has changed, we’re gonna keep going to try to figure out ways to make Capitol Hill a safe place to work.
