I think it is $1.37 million that we have spent just in Florida since 1988 in incarceration of illegal criminals... we have not lived up to this responsibility, and it has put our States at a disadvantage, not only at the disadvantage of incarceration, but all of the other services that we are providing that are taking away from that construction for prison moneys because we are having to pay for a lot of other expenses too.
