With this bill, they are impairing our DHS men and women on the ground who are trying desperately to manage this humanitarian crisis at the border. They are poking them in the eye, also. ICE, DHS, and HHS employees provide care for every single man, woman, and child who crosses into our country. They deserve our support. What they need are the resources to do their job effectively, and this bill does not provide that. It is frustrating to listen to.
