John Mica is a former U.S. Representative who served Florida's 7th congressional district from 1993 to 2017. A member of the Republican Party, Mica was known for his work on transportation and infrastructure issues, playing a significant role in shaping policies related to these areas during his tenure. He was also involved in various legislative efforts aimed at improving the economy and supporting local businesses in Florida. The slow rolling is not going to work. I am probably going to let you stew in your juice a little bit longer but I can tell you that folks are getting fed up with the whole thing.
The report said that private screening under federal supervision performed statistically significantly better--not my words, their words.

I want them to be able to compete honestly but they cannot do that unless they get honest answers and the public should be able to see your exact costs.
Again, there is no discounting for the number of personnel you do not need when you have a private operation.
Members of Congress, like myself and others, were frustrated with what was going on.
