I think my colleagues have told you we are looking at all the assistance to the Palestinian Authority.

Where is State and USAID in answering these 14 questions and what would SIGAR and GAO say if we called them up right now for an assessment?

My concern is that once this money goes to the U.N. we lose our oversight into what is actually being done with that assistance.

What mechanisms do we have in place to ensure that the aid that we send through the U.N. gets to the intended recipients?

In my view that has already triggered U.S. law to cut off funding.
