I believe that Anthony's bill, along with Emanuel Cleaver, strikes the right balance.

As mentioned in my opening statement, the travel and tourism industry in the United States needs to--they need help to recover from the pandemic, and I believe Brand USA has a significant role to play.

I believe this hearing is a step in the right direction, and I appreciate the chairperson holding this hearing.

My fear is Brand USA won't be able to lead our country through international travel recovery because of the absence of matching funds from the private sector.

It will be such a shame if we miss the opportunity to pass bipartisan legislation that can be included in broader efforts moving us--moving forward.

This bill will look at ways to most effectively communicate about the capabilities and limitations of advanced driver assistance systems.

It has the potential to transform the lives of seniors and those living with disabilities in my district in Florida and around the Nation.

The sad context here is that nearly 40,000 people die each year in traffic accidents, and in almost every case the denominator is the same: human error.

The U.S. must seek that--the highest form of autonomy, so we can reap all those benefits.

I appreciate you and the entire Commission's tireless efforts fighting against scams and fraud during the COVID 0919 pandemic.

I am hopeful you and the majority will engage with us on FTC updates and to work in a bipartisan fashion to pass FTC reform language.

If we are to find a balanced solution to addressing FTC authorities, we must work in good faith and in a bipartisan manner to do so.

Despite this, Madam Chair, again, Madam Chair, I know your side is aware of several irregularities on how this hearing has been approached and how the minority rights have been disregarded.
