We see, in fact, FERC's own data shows that the States with the renewable portfolio standards have seen more rampant increase in electricity prices than States without them.

Anybody that argues that prices go down or stability increases as a result of renewable portfolio standards is being disingenuous.

Mental health issues are just as serious as visible physical wounds, in my opinion.
