Have you had an opportunity to read the Shaw-Weber bill that was filed about 4 years ago? I would, if you have not, enlighten you to tell you that there is nothing that the President has said right here in these Chambers, in the State of the Union, or publicly said with regard to welfare, that was not in that bill. Are you not pleased that finally we have some bipartisan support in this country to solve real problems? And the debate tonight has really been a recommendation on how do we solve problems.
