We have a President that is not willing to stand up and do what is necessary in order to lead this country during a time of major disasters.

Yes, absolutely there has to be a priority on them. The same in hospitals. The people that clean hospitals are as important as the first responders that we've all been talking about.

What we are trying to say is we want to protect Texans' right to have representation in the Congress.

This is a particularly grievous step by the president because they are the oversight in the departments, and it's extremely important that we protect their independence.
