There's no plan here. There's no plan for the last mile. They planned for the distribution, getting the vaccines out to the states, but they did not plan for how they were going to get enough vaccines into the arms of people in this country.

I put it all on the President because the President clearly is only letting certain information get out. And Dr. Conley should not be giving partial information, which he absolutely knows is partial information and misleading.

The Biden administration will bring a sense of urgency. They can organize the country with that sense of urgency, and we can't be dependent just on our existing healthcare infrastructure.
