You are counting revenue twice and saying that that budget was balanced.

You can't both say it is premature and say that the budget balances.

So then clearly you representing that this budget is balanced is inaccurate.

One thing, though, that is absolute certainty is that a budget is an expression of our values.

If this is a reflection of our Nation's values, then we really are in an internecine battle for the heart and soul of this country.
